I was watching japanese drama "Gokusen" and its story about a high school teacher who also the grandchild of 2nd leader of Japanese mafia. She helps her students from "bad people" and kicks the enemy with her martial arts. She really looks nice!
Because of that drama, i was interested to learn any martial arts like Aikido. I am so busy with my laboratory class thats why until mow, i cant take any Aikido class.
How about you, do you dare to try any "martial arts", maybe tai-chi, aikido, kendo, or jujitsu?

I have never tried either of those nor Tae-Kwon-Do. My brothers and sister did though, I was the only one that didn't - I was too chicken LOL

I learnt bits of it when I was young. But I am now too heavy to jump and do elegant kicks... But sometimes I swing my legs so that I am not totally out of touch with it. That's needed for self-defence! I have forgotten steps now...not even one.

If I had time I would love to learn a style of martial arts but I just don't seem to have the time to do so halfthe time I spend trying to make time for other things. LOL !! I really wish that I had the time and energy for other things. LOL!!I would also like to go back to weight lifting but that seems like a no go. GRRRR.. I'll just have to wait until things are a little less hectic. if you know what i mean.
