If you watch BBAD, do you fast forward or do you watch the entire 3 hours?

BBAD = Big Brother After Dark on ShoToo. I have it set up for a season pass on my Tivo and I fast forward through all of the lesser interesting crud to get to the good stuff like the fights and the sexy and yet disgustingly sickening spit swaps in the heated pool in the backyard...anyone see last night's BBAD? Yikes!
Anyway, I just can't force myself to watch all 3 hours so I just try to weed the good from the bad.
So, do you record it on a DVR or VCR and if so, do you fast forward it at all or do you stay up and watch the entire episode?
