What is the difference between BS Computer Science and BS Information Technology

There are so many people asking what is really the difference between the two. Also, I myself is wondering too, especially when I read classified ads whenever they are looking for a programmer, or anything related to computing, the ad goes like this "Junior programmer, A graduate of BS ComSci, BS IT...". Which leads me to think that they are the same course under different name. What do you think?
