Lactose intolerance

Any of you feel indigestion after drinking milk...Well i do but I'm not sure if it's lactose intolerance... I just have a feeling that the level of lactase i had in my body to break the lactose has decreased and a lot of gas is being produced in my intestines because of this. Let me know if any of you guys are facing the same problem.
