I've never thought of that happening and to think we have a garbage disposal. I'd like to think my cat is smart enough not to do anything like that but I'd be wrong. Thanks for posting it.

That is so funny.
The first time the roomie fixed tuna after she moved in she drained the can down the sink before I could stop her.
Scamp jumped on the counter & looked down the sink in total disbelief!
He looked at her like "YOU DON'T PUT TUNA WATER DOWN THE DRAIN!!!!"
Now she knows better and always drains it into a bowl for the cats. And sets aside a little tuna just for Scamp.

Most of my pet got into trouble and a have funny stories to tell too...but the story is too long..oh my God. Good to know the cat had been saved. the cat is a celebrity now.

Now THAT'S a fish story of another color! Thanks for posting it. It would never have happened, though, if "Rich" had simply given the fish skin to the cats in the first place. What was he thinking?

I don't think I've ever met a cat who didn't like tuna water (or salmon water, or sardine oil, for that matter).

I swear cats always seem to be able to get themselves into trouble too bad that they can't get theirselves out of trouble as well as they get into trouble..and yes I have had a few cats and they have all gotten into trouble at one time or the other in their lives...I mean the old saying is right curiousosity killed the cat...lol sorry if that isnt spelled right its a long day

I once had a cat that climbed on the roof and up the chimney and crawled through the filter that is supposed to keep birds out and ended up in the furness..That God it was summer..I kept hearing this meow from the basement and finally open the furness door and out popped a coal black white cat! hehe
