Movies, movies, movies!

There are millions of movies out there and sometimes it's just so hard to pick when asked "What's your favorite movie." That's like a trick question, unless you're just this freak who doesn't watch but one movie because they hate everything else. *If you don't want to read all this, skip closer to the end, but I hope you do!* When it comes to movies in the theaters, there's always one or two that look good. I have a list going for movies I want to see when they get on dvd or tv. One actor I love and I really need to see all of his movies is Nicolas Cage. For one, he is gorgeous, and two, he is a good actor. I love the National Treasure movies, and I saw him in Matchstick Men, which I really recommend watching. I'm also a big fan of racing movies and murder/scary movies. I love the Fast and the Furious trilogy and Redline. Just about any scary movie is good, although I find a lot of them funny instead of scary. I was a bit disappointed in "Vacancy" though due to the fact in most movies where the 'victim' kills the killer, the killer always comes back for one last scare. Ex:Victim thinks the killer is dead and goes to check her friend or calls the cop and comes back and the killer is gone..oh no! That didn't happen in this movie...every time she came back in the room, the guy was still lying there dead and I found it disappointing. Then there's romantic/comedy movies. I prefer it when it's a romantic comedy the most. When it's a romantic movie, a lot of the time, I picture myself in the place of the actress. Some romantic movies even make me cry. The Holiday and Catch & Release are good romantic comedies, and I love A Walk to Remember, but it's so sad. That is a movie I cry during, even though I know what happens. Anyways, I want to know what some movies are that you love or enjoy and will watch over and over. Movies you would want to be in, movies you hate, movies you cry over. Anything to do with movies. P.S.- My top five movies or series are: 1.A Walk to Remember 2.Matilda 3.Disturbia 4.All of Harry Potter 5.Titanic At least that sounds good to me=]

Hi there girlwithviews! I love watching movies too. My top favorite will be, The Last Samurai which starts Tom Cruise. The other ones that will make up the Top 5 will be Autumn in New York, which starts Winona Ryder and Richard Gere, Stepmom, which features Julia Roberts and Susan Sarandon, Troy, starring Orlando Bloom, and the last one will be A Walk to Remember starring Mandy Moore.

Thanks for your opinion. Of course I love A Walk to Remember and then, the only other one I've seen is Stepmom, which I enjoyed. I think I need to watch Autumn in New York, because I like both of those actresses.
