hours online vs hours watching tv

I have read in a survey that hours spent online is twice the time people spent watching tv.. which is why a lot of business try to shift their ads from tv to the internet already.. I spend around 40 hours a week online, and around 10 hours a week watching tv (this includes downloaded tv series, movies, and traditional tv channel surfing).. how about you? did you notice that your TV time had already decreased because of the internet?

I don't watch much of television. I'm into sitting infront of my computer with or without Internet. hehehe.. I spend 105 hours a week, more or less. On tv? I can't tell. But if I'm in my parent's house, I spent much time on television than computers. But if I'm in my apartment, most of the time (actually the whole time excluding my sleeping and school hours) I sit in front of my computer. hehehe..
I also notice that marketers are now using Internet to market their products and services because if it's through Internet, consumers can communicate directly unlike television.

i used to watch tv a lot. from morning 'til evening during weekends and the whole evening during weekdays. we didn't have any internet connection then and i wasn't working in an office yet. but when i started working in an office, where there is available computer and there's a ready internet connection, my internet surfing hours gradually increased. and when i finally had an internet connection installed at home, my tv watching drastically reduced. my internet surfing hours would range from 40 to 60 hours every week depending on my free time. tv watching would range from two to seven hours every week. ^__^;; oh, if i would minus the time i spent on watching downloaded tv series and movies, then tv watching would increase by 6 to 10 hours.

Hi there! I don't watch much tv. While I spend almost eight hours everyday on the internet, it's rare that I even last a couple of hours watching tv. Usually, I am sleepy and tired when I get home and have no time to watch tv at all.
