Is There a Scam Account in Link2Support?

For jhacky016, JoeDeath, or the agents who, at one time or another, have become part of Link2Support, specifically, of the account with customer service/infomercial sales. I am posting this discussion out of concern. I read one started by "jhacky016", with title, "CALL CENTER BLOOPERS (read and laugh)". URL is http://www.mylot.com/w/discussions/1104630.aspx. I think the erroneous lines featured in that entry wwere committed by the agents in Link2Support, especially the bloopers with "www.picustomerservice.com". However, it is not the bloopers that I am concerned about. Anyone from Link2Support, please verify this concern with me, as I have discovered that "www.picustomerservice.com", as a website, does not exist. I have tried to access it, and Google Search automatically returned information from websites showing this web address (http://www.picustomerservice.com), and the text itself is not a link. Furthermore, in relation to this, I looked into a complaints site that implies that the campaign behind it is a scam (http://infomercialscams.com/scams/power_storm_vac/start/100), where a complainant of a defective vacuum cleaner was referred to the website. As for the joke in the article, "Agent: For that concern, you can call our customer service at www.picustomerservice.com. Customer: Call where???!!" I am now clueless as to whether www.picustomerservice.com is a website where a customer can find the CS hotline number or contact email, or is it a company name of some sort, based on the online complaint I read? If it is a website, then it seems as a hoax. I wonder if the campaign is still in Link2Support. I am worried as I am about to apply and might be assigned to that account. I will appreciate a Link2Support employee/insider enlightening me on this one. Regards...

If you're trying to get involved with it, try calling Link2Support customer Service again and ask what is this picustomerservice about and how will you be able to contact them. asking their agents will eliminate your questions about. maybe the mylot member who posted it called the call center and talked to an agent who's already sleepy that time :)

I tried calling. They said any information regarding their company and its activities is confidential. Well, I guess it is natural for anyone to protect their interests. This discussion was an attempt, somehow, to protect mine and possibly others'. Thanks for your input, though.
