It seems feasible to go with this plan but $1000 is a bit much to be risking? I may seem like a scrooge but I don't like risking money unless I know I can afford it....if you do decide to go with it & it works, please let me know all about it.

if you plan on putting a little work into it then its definitely a worthwhile investment. but if you buy it and just wait for it to make you money, it might start losing its value.

I think the main purpose people need VCC is to be verified by Paypal (isn't it?). Now Paypal is getting better and more accessible. I don't think that running a VCC site is a good business. I don't know....
