WHITNEY HOUSTON LYRICS "One Moment In Time" Each day I live I want to be A day to give The best of me I'm only one But not alone My finest day Is yet unknown I broke my heart Fought every gain To taste the sweet I face the pain I rise and fall Yet through it all This much remains I want one moment in time When I'm more than I thought I could be When all of my dreams are a heartbeat away And the answers are all up to me Give me one moment in time When I'm racing with destiny Then in that one moment of time I will feel I will feel eternity I've lived to be The very best I want it all No time for less I've laid the plans Now lay the chance Here in my hands Give me one moment in time When I'm more than I thought I could be When all of my dreams are a heartbeat away And the answers are all up to me Give me one moment in time When I'm racing with destiny Then in that one moment of time I will feel I will feel eternity You're a winner for a lifetime If you seize that one moment in time Make it shine Give me one moment in time When I'm more than I thought I could be When all of my dreams are a heartbeat away And the answers are all up to me Give me one moment in time When I'm racing with destiny Then in that one moment of time I will be I will be I will be free I will be I will be free

This song was actually used in the Olympics. I believe it was the late eighties.

I do love powerful, potent, meaningful lyrics and normally the songs reflect my deepest moods, particularly when I am thinking about an old flame or toad! I love the songs which I sing along to which express my emotions, sometimes it helps just to get all the bad blood out of me. Songs like I love to Hate you by Erasure, You Hurt Me, I hate You, by Eurythmics and Don't ask me why, now that is a wonderful song again by Eurythmics and the beautiful talented vocalist Annie Lennox, if you listen to the lyrics it's quite sad, but an upbeat song. I don't love you any more, I don't think I ever did and if you had any kind of love for me you kept it so well hid.... Need I say more?

You are the Champions is one of the most beautiful songs that I have ever listened. They usually put this song on baseball games ,and the audience becomes full of spirit. The son is an excellent baseball player ,so to me he is a champion. I love the song ,but I don't know the lyrics. The song goes like this: You are the Champions my friends, no time for loosers because you are the champions of the World.
