Sure, i'm interested, but I find it highly unlikely. Have you seen "SuperSize Me"? I've never heard anyone lose weight w/ McDonald's. I'll read your blog, but I'm not likely to try it.

there's really nothing to believe at the moment because you haven't even showed us your blog. you gonna show it or not? i don't want to argue over personal opinions. I said i was interested in seeing it.

I probably wouldn't be interested because I've never read a blog in my life to date but I'd be pretty astounded to hear anyone losing weight on a Mickey D diet LOL! Seriously, I doubt anyone would believe you unless you were just eating their salads and I don't even think they're that healthy either... :) Maybe people would read the blog thinking it was a good piece of fiction?

the balsamic dressing is only 40 calories, Italian is 60 calories and sesame is 90. thats very good for Salad dressings.. The only ones that are really high in calories are the given. Ranch and ceasar. Ranch is at 170 and ceasar 190.. haha now you know what i do at work! ive even calculated calorie count for every single nugget, piece of meat, bread and toppings and a slice of cheese.

I guess it would be feasible then if you stuck to a low calorie diet of say under 1000 calories a day, hmmm interesting... I have to admit that I love my McDonalds but have been advised against all things fast food by my doctor due to being diabetic. Can I send you my doctor to brainwash please? :) lol
