How are you doing with it and what kind of diet are you on? I am trying like crazy to lose 10 pounds but just can't seem to do it...it's so frustrating!

Yeah, I am on a dietagain. seems to be my life story though..lol Those last ten pounds are always the hardest to lose. Have you tried something called the negative calorie diet? It is where is your body burns more calories then what are in the foods and you can eat more of them more often and not have to worry as much because it is a negative calorie. Just make sure you take a multivitamin daily when dieting though. You can find it at www.negativecaloriediet.com and here is a free one I found off yahoo. http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0geu5HNIdxHqB4BOEJXNyoA;_ylu=X3oDMTEzZ244a2Q3BHNlYwNzcgRwb3MDMwRjb2xvA2FjMgR2dGlkA0Y5MDBfMTE4/SIG=12nin38db/EXP=1205695309/**http%3a//ezinearticles.com/%3fA-Free-Negative-Calorie-Diet%26id=84813 I took Relacore and Zantrex3 together I took one each 3 times a day because I read in a magazine and online somewhere that it will burn the weight off faster combined I myself lost 22 pounds in a week but everyone is different and the more you have to lose the faster it is at first. So I can't guarantee results of that. Well good luck

Thanks, but I can't do these kind of crash diets because I am diebetic so have to maintain a certain glucose level every day. All I can do is watch my calories and exercise.

Luckily for me I haven't had to diet in years. There was a time when I tried some diet patch and I almost had a heart attack from it. From then on I just watched what I ate.

Yeah I wouldn't trust those patches. I guess diet and exercise is the best idea!

Follow this link http://ezinearticles.com/?Free-List-of-Fat-Burning-Foods&id=29877 Really try to incorporate as many of these foods as possible into your diet. I have a whole raft of food intolerances (even including about half of the foods on that list) so I eat like this all the time and my weight has dropped like magic. Be sure to include exercise and get all the proper nutrition :)

Yes, I have lost 20 pounds with 10 to go. Then I hope to get back into light body building and I will see where the mirror takes me as opposed to the scale. Anyway, I loosely follow Eat to Live by Dr Joel Fuhrman. Almost all fruits and veggies- tons of leafy greens (did you know you can eat all you want?) beans, etc. No processed foods, little (if any) animal fats. Healthy for your body and your weight. 1010forlife is very close to E2L but puts it way simpler.
