I got my income tax refund check today!

I went out and checked the mail a few minutes ago and my income tax refund check was in the mailbox. I still have my state refund check sitting around the house too. I was not planning on going out today, but since I now have 2 checks to cash maybe I will go out after my daughters PAT meeting in an hour. Have you gotten your income tax money back yet? Is it all spent? Or are you still waiting to file yours?

i never recieve about income tax refund, & i never pay any income tax since im here in kuwait, no any tax here, not like in philippines you need to pay tax for your whole life & never recieve any refund tax.

As I've noted in a different discussion, we spent most of our refund on 3 brand new computers. This was to alleviate the fighting over internet time.
So far it's working out pretty nice. Except when the kids play high powered games or watch movies online that hog the bandwith and slow down mommy and daddy's games! -Tink

We filed last weekend. I believe the money is suppose to drop Friday or Monday...I can't remember. Almost all of it is going to savings or bills anyway. We have not gotten our State back yet either, a big $58 LOL

Ours went direct deposit into our savings account. It got in there Friday. The first thing I did was pay my dad back for all the work that he paid for us to have done on our blazer so it would pass inspection. Other than that we're hanging onto it as long as I can. I will probably use some of it to take my daughter to a couple of Hanson concerts in May.

How nice to have them already. I only mailed mine a week ago, so it'll be a while yet. How long ago did you send them?
I am looking forward to getting mine so I can get caught up on a couple of things where I've fallen behind. Any big plans for yours?

I got my federal taxes back awhile ago, but all went to bills. The way things are nowdays it seems like all money goes to bills. I am waiting for my state, but I had to fill out some other papers they sent me because all last years income was self-employment. I don't understand why they need more verification on my earnings. Why would I claim I made more than I actually made? I guess they think people want to go around paying taxes on money they didn't really make.
