In Praise of the Razr

I just want to preface this by saying I do not work for any cell phone company or any of its affiliates, and I do not benefit by any promotions. A few weeks ago a friend lost his Razr. He had put it on one of my book shelves, and then one day it was gone. I tore the room apart, and I took off the books from the book shelf. No phone. Poof! It was gone. A couple days ago, my daughter and I were crossing my front yard after a long walk. She found the Razr on the ground, the spot where my friend and I had made snow angels weeks ago. We've had several snow storms and heavy rain storms since then. I thought the phone would be toast. We let it dry out, and lo and behold, the thing works! Maybe Razr should do a commercial like Timex did way back when. (Guess I'm dating myself.)

WOw that is just fanastic. You should totally email the makers and tell them.
Or you should look for one of those mobile phone comparison websites and just write it in there so that other people can see it too.
You could just copy and paste some of this and paste it in diff places.
I must confess though that I had the same phone and my mate threw it in a bucket which had an inch of water at the bottom and the thing didn't survive. I was absolutely raging so decided to try and fix it myself and i dont wanna admit the extent that i ruined the phone.

Maybe the conditions were just perfect for it,. Hope the battery life works just as long as well.

That's good info to know, because I have one myself. Now, I have washed my husband's cell phone (of course by accident) because it was in his pants pocket - I think it was an LG and it survived after it dried out for a few weeks. But by then I had already got him a new phone.
