Where's the Cashmoneyemail email?

Hello! I am just curious. I joined cashmoneyemail and as I read I get paid for reading emails but I never get any. My earnings are crawling even if they gave me $10 for 1st sign up. Feb.6 I got $10.02...today, Feb.26 $10.13..I tried to find their emails but I can't find any. I only got an email from them when I signed up. Do I have to pay them 1st to get an email? I am confused with how their system works. Anyone knows how I can earn on that site?
