I just received another mail this month that looks really like an authentic E-Gold mail. Hover over the link with your mouse and you can see that the link is not pointing to any e-gold site. This is very infuriating indeed! I hope no one falls prey to this kinda fraudulent emails. I have posted a screen shot of the mail for all to see. oh my goodness not again! it's like these scammers never get tired. or maybe they have some kind of programme that searches for email accounts and sends these email automatically. it's funny to receive these email when one don't even have an e-gold account. it's even funnier (though sad) that people who don't have e-gold accounts reply to the email. i really hope that the law will be changed quickly so that these scammers can be arrested. no amount of advices or education is good enough if the scammers are still scot-free.

I totally agree with you on this. I really hope they can catch this scammer. Or scammers for that matter. Especially the one that managed to cheat me of my earnings a few years ago. Grrr.....

Heh...I have stopped using e-gold since god knows when... For me, I received more lottery spam mails than any other things these days...

I rarely use them now. And I still get mails like that. It is really frustrating to see these kinda mails still circulating around. Say, chunter, long time no see. How are you? What have you been up to of late?

wow! lot of crooks nowadays. thanks for the information. i receive a lot of messages such as that one you posted. thank God i never replied. i just go directly to the e-gold website to check my account.
