Tooth Whitening.....which method do you use?

Everyone wants a nice white smile, but which product is the right one to give it to you? I have used whiteing toothpaste for years now, I don't know if it helps or not, I guess I would have to stop useing it and see if my teeth got less white and I don't want to do that. I recently bought Scope White, to see if that will help. I drink alot of coffee and I can't stop because I love it, I am drinking more decaf now than regular coffee, but that doesn't change the color of it. Anyway I was just wondering what everyone here thinks is the best tooth whitening product, aside from going to the dentist for professional whitening.

hey again Nykkee!I'm currently using Pearl White.It's ok I guess cos I love coffee and tea.I have to drink less caffeine now cos of my peptic ulcers.

I'm using pepsodent whitening toothpaste. used it because i drank too much coffe and its stain.

I like Crest Pro Health brand because it does everything that anyone would want it to do and it costs the same as the others whether the same brand or other brands. It just does everything and that's what sold me to it.

My dentist asked me not to use whitening tooth pastes since it does more harm to the enamels than good. So anyone who is using whitening tooth pastes please stop them. You can use table salt once or twice a week. But even that do not use daily. Salt will remove the stains if used regularly..
