Make friends with international students.

I am student from Westlake Boys' Highschool, a school in New Zealand. I have been this school nearly one month. I have a lot of Chinese friends , but I don't have any international friend. I don't feel very well because I can't improve my spoken English. How to make friends with international students? Who can give me some advices?
