wisely! Straight to the bank account goes the first half! and the second half I;m gonna pay all my family's debts & Loans.. then if there's change I'd buy myself some clothes, badly needed and treat my family to dinner. Donate to charity, give to God... and redecorate the house... buy the lot next to our house and make my on up and down bedroom! yahoo!!!!

First thing I would do is pay off all my bills, as well as my parents. Buy them a new house, and send them to a vacation of their choice. As for me, I would travel the world, start with Rome, then Paris, London.. all European cities..and then go to Asia, and Boracay. I'll have my husband quit his job and help me with spending. wow, that's a lot of money

If I won a lottery there are a few things I would do. One is pay off the bills I owe. Than I would pay my son's morgage off so that would free up a bit of money for him. As well as give him some extra money besides. I also would give my three grandkids some money for them selves and of course my sons wife. Since I love horses I would look for a couple of nice breed horses and look for a house to move into for my husband and myself that had plenty of land to it so I could take care of my horses. I would give some money to my husbands family so that they could have it easier. Than the rest I would put it in the bank.

I have this dream for a long time and I often fancy how it will be if I won the lottery. At first, I think I will go to have a nice meal with my friends and family. Then buy some nice presents for them and myself. I will invest some money and also deposit the rest for the future.

Hi skbh, If i won a lottery unexpectedly, then i would spend it all on myself. But incase, i won really huge amounts, then ofcourse, would spend it on my loved ones :) and enjoy! Usually i save my salary for the future, so if i won money unexpectedly, then i would rejoice and have some great time for myself :) By the way, i dont have the habit of wasting my money on lotteries :)

I always dream of living by the seaside so the first thing I will do is to get a piece of land by the seaside and build my dream house. Next I will find ways and means to invest the money. I don't prefer to work or engage in any business for I want to be stress free. Since I'm a car lover, I will buy all my dream cars. Next I will enjoy life to the fullest by travelling to all my dream cities and spend weeks or months in each cities.

well it is good to save everything but surely you'll be buying something for yourself right. all you have to do is not to stop working to earn and replace the money that was used.. right?

It depends on how much I got from the lottery. But in general I will save 50% of it in my fixed deposit. Use 20% for investment or business to generate more income. The 10% for donation and the rest of it (20%) will be spent to buy car or house.

Dear skbh12 First of all thanks for your question. If I own lottery than I first express my thanks to almighty god for such unexpected blessings. After getting money/amount 10% I will spent for noble work which can relief to the mankind, remaining amount will be spent for my my family member and rest of the money will be spent for myself for my livelyhood, Though it will not really work for me as I am an ill luck person. pkc3000

I don't play, so there's no chance I'll win, but it is fun to dream. I'd pay off all my debts and then hire someone to help me invest the money so that more would keep coming in. I would want to go on an Alaskan cruise and do some other travel, help put kids through college, donate to various organizations and help my family pay off their houses or bills.

It would depend on how much money I win in the lottery as to what I would do with it. Let's just say a couple hundred million -- if I'm going to win, it might as well be big! If that is the case, I would, of course, pay off any debts first. I would finish paying off the house I am in and redecorate and then give it to Habitat for Humanity or some other organization to give to a homeless family. I would pay of any debts my daughter and parents have and set up a trust fund for my sister. I would buy or build a dream home and a new car. I would buy a full shopping cart of groceries for once. I would buy new clothing instead of used from the next-to-new type shops or yard sales. After I get some clothing, I'll get a plane ticket and head to Las Vegas (NOT to gamble) to see Barry Manilow while my new home is being built. I would live in my new home and spend time reading, writing and whatever else suits my fancy.

If I won a substantial amount of money from the lottery, the first thing that I would do is pay all my bills. Getting myself out of debt will be first. Then I would buy a house and upgrade my car. I would also give my immediate family money as well. And lets not forget- but i would also donate a portion to a local charity or church.
