software for free browsing / myLot

some said you can brouse offline with a software making you pay less for internet connection. pls i need your candid opinion on how true this can be. As am from a country where you pay so much to get internet connection. help me out please

i think there's no such software for browsing offline without the page first being loaded online. in internet explorer u get to see offline pages only if it has been previously loaded online. if u frequently visit a same page then u can go online in internet explorer and then go to numerous pages u wish and then work offline and view the pages u visited when u were online. in this way u can save few page visits and save u money as well
