Is Bux3 & Bux.to paying

I have been paid many many times but bux.to and I am waiting for another payment. They are about a week behind on their payments so I should get mine next week. You can go to their fourm under success stories and see all of the payments. I have not reached the minimum payout on bux3 yet so I don't know if they pay or not I would think that they will though.
