Pros: "Match Point" shows in a sharp form.. how souls can be heavily driven by gold. Cons: The lack of attention that this movie has received, compared to others from 2005. My Impressions: Match Point" is a fantastic thrilla by Allen first name Woody. His direction shines and is full of freshness. He also wrote this dramatic thriller that is volatile in its delivery. "Match Point" is: Chris Wilton is a former tennis pro, who now finds himself unemployed. He seeks to labor as a tennis teacher. When its found, he becomes chummy with a student: Tom Hewett a wealthy prettyboy. Tom's sister is a beauty called Chloe. She falls for Chris, yet he, fixes his eyes upon Tom's fiance Nola, who personifies "sexiness". Chris and Nola know it's wrong, but still become involved. Involving himself with both women, he attempts to juggle relationships, But at its conclusion he must choose between them. "Match Point" is finally a Woody Allen film.. I love. Previous efforts were great, but this films couple is dynamo. Jonathan Rhys Meyers is silently fierce at leading with his role. His confidence creates great chemistry with the wonderful leading lady called Scarlett Johansson. She is the best. Truly a seductively menacing presence and completely stole my fantasy heart.
