How can I get rid of sweets?

I'm trying not to eat so many sweets, but they are present at every meal I have! It's really hard for me not to eat something sweet for an entire day! I'm not doing this to lose weight, because surprisingly I'm not as fat as I should be for eating so many sweets... I'm doing this because I know it's not healthy to eat so many sweets.
I need a little help from you... Do you know how I could stop or at least reduce my sweets/day? Do you have any ideas of what I could use to replace the sweets? Anything that tastes like sweets, but is healthier? Is that possible?

Try fixing meals without sweets. Try fresh fruits. Bluberries, bananas, these are sweet. Try Juices. Lot's of people enjoy apple juice or orange juice. Those are tasty. Dried cranberries like Craisins are slightly sweet and good for you. Yes it is possible.
