I have been a member of this site for years, and just put in my first order a few weeks ago. I was supposed to get four dollars off my first order, but I didn't. Have you ever had this problem with a site? Should I email them, or just let it go? I went ahead and paid in full when I received it today. What would you do?

I would have sent the book back. Then I would have canceled my account with them. They owe you four dollars.
