Boy was it cold!!!! Apparently it hit minus 30 with the wind chill.
It was also the day that dear arkaf - who is getting senile - decided to take a short sleeve blouse LOL
YOu see, my school is always either too cold or to hot. Yesterday I had felt so hot in ther, specially in my office which is in a corner where all the heat concentrates. So when I was getting my clothes ready for today I decided that since it didn't seem to be that cold anymore, I would take a short sleeved blouse with a tank top underneath and then my winter jacket on top. It should work.
It should, I also should have checked the weather forecast and I would have learned that it was supposed to be one of the coldest days of the year.
Worse yet I had a school trip. All our junior classes were going to the ballet - me included.
So I made not one mistake but two: Not listening to the weather forecast and forgetting I would have to be walking quite a bit.
The result was frozen arkaf with extra frozen ears and nose LOL
SO how was the weather over there? Nice and warm? Cold but not too much? Very cold?

Wow -30 that is super cold --- it was cold here but not nearly that cold, in the teens and not much wind at all. Son skipped school yesterday though so this lucky lady didn't have to go outside one single time, just open the door now and then to let the dog in and out :) I like days like that when it's cold.

Oh we haven't had much sun at all, a day or two a month maybe and then it's extremely cold, sub-zero, with no cloud cover.

Twin now that was really silly wasn't it lol
You should be prepared what you need to do is if you wear Long Sleeves then take a short sleeve one with you just in case and vice versa lol
Next time sweet Twin check the weather please

It was really cold here too and still is...even though it is winter it has been pretty warm over the past few days...and all of a sudden I went out this morning and it was like it could "cut you in half"because it was really cold..and the wind was blowing which made it even that much more cold...I hope that it starts warming up soon...
