I was watching a documentary on lions and wild buffaloos, and was loving the buffaloos as they were challenging the lions. It was great to see them tease the lions, and scare them with their very sharp horns. Lions cant attack them from the front fearing their horns which injures them dangerously. They have to be attacked from the back. When a lion once managed to catch hold of the buffaloo from the back and started tearing its skin, I couldn't take it anymore and broke down. I feel so helpless, as if I am being killed so mercylessly. Do you feel the same watching a similar programme.

I do watch such documentaries but i do not feel so strongly as you. It is because i understand that it is a natural thing for lions to kill and eat animals and if they do not do so they would die. I do feel sorry for the animal that is being attacked though.

It does make me sad, sometimes I turn my head on the attacks. However if you think about it, people do much worse to animals and other people. At least the Lion kills out of necessity.
