Hitcoop a scam?

Is any mylotter a member of Hitcoop? I would appreciate a honest and provem experience please... Seems like a site too good to be true...problem is when its that, I suspect a scam...a quick search on google and true enough someone is crying scam, seems the payout of 0.01 cent has been changed to 0.001 cent in a matter of days. Still, the payouts are very handsome and deep down I still harbor a hope that it is real.
