Yes I know the answer. I think you are new here and are confused about how the things wokr in here. It happnes with everyone when you are new to something. Anyways its easy but it will look complicated at first. You just keep posting here, posting question, replying to them uploading pictures and referals etc. Once your account balance is 10$ you will get paid in paypal. If you don't have an paypal account then you can go to www.paypal.com and open your account there. Later on you can cash the money through your credit card. Hope this helped you.
