is the Bugatti Veyron the best supercar in the world currently?

i think so..because even a Ferrari Enzo or 599 won't stand a chance against the sheer engineering and power that the Bugatti Veyron has..that this is just on a whole new level...wow

I agree.. The 16.4 is amazing.. and they continue to apply variations (convertible), etc. As much as I apprciate the other super car marques.. the Bugatti remains the top dog. It is hard to beat 1001 BHP and good aerodyamics. It is one super Volkswagen!!!

Im sorry but just being the fastest car in the world does not make it the best. I know bugatti have a great heritage but didn't they go bust ? Then you got to ask yourself why did they go bust ?? Well maybe because the cars they made were not hits ?? If vw had not of brought Bugatti there would of been no veyron and this discusion would never of been made... But to get to the point the likes of Ferrari/Porsche who have been making super cars for many years have more heritage/passion/soul than the veyron and overall are better supercars than the veyron.
