Do you still remember your first heartbreak? How did it feel? What happened? I could still remember my first heartbreak. I felt really bad. Probably because it was my FIRST. First cut is the deepest so they say... I agree. He is pure Chinese and his parents wanted her to date a Chinese girl. We were too young then and he was still dependent on his parents so he couldn't really go against what his parents wanted. We just had to part ways. Ouch!

I was 14 and he was 18...He lived in Leitchfield KY and I lived in Indiana..We seen each other on the weekends...I truly loved him...At least I thought I did...Well we became engaged after being together for about a 1 1/2 years...To marry after I graduated. Then I found out that he couldn't wait any longer(If you know what I mean) and started dating someone else..So we broke up and he was married 6 mos. later....I went on to marry the love of my life...Then he shows up 10 years later to how I was doing....Thanks God for small miracles...This guy was toothless..He was on his second marriage and had 3 kids...

That is too bad that things didn't work out for you. My first real heartbreak was with my first real boyfriend. I showed up at his door one morning to help him move and he had another woman with him and she was helping him move and other assorted things. Man that hurt but it was a good thing in the long run as he was a real loser and I ended up with a really great guy which leads me to believe that things happen for a reason.

I never been heart broken yet in a romantic relationship but I believe that things happen for reasons and it will soon heal at the right season. Hope you will get over it the soonest.

Yes I do. I dated the same boy all through high school and we were engaged to be married. I lived in England at the time. He was British, I was America. My father didn't like him though, because he had long hair and an earring, so before I could turn 18 and make my own decisions to stay my father had us return to the states. I didn't see my boyfriend again until I was 30. We eventually did marry, but it didn't last long. Too much time had passed and we had become two different people.

I think no matter at what age you are at, you will have your heart broken at least once. I was 17 years old when I first had my heart broken. I was madly in love with my boyfriend of two years when he took off on me when I told him I was pregnant. I ended up having my baby, a boy, and my boyfriend moved to another province. I have never heard from him since and my son is now going to be 33 years old this month. It is too bad and so sad that my son has never met his biological father. But he doesn't seem to care about it. He thinks of my ex-husband now, as his father since he raised him for the first 13 years of his life. He still has a relationship with him.

Same thing here, it's really deep feeling the pain inside. It's like it's just hard to accept the thing that happened and you want to blame and it's easy to break the wall. Nevertheless, it is life and we need to be in our mind to think that there ought to be a BETTER way. It's life long travel that you won't stop driving till you reach your destination.
