Immediate Burial Rites- By Moslem can be used for coverup!!!

I was at a burial of a distant friend who was a muslim and died mistereously and before a post mortem could be conducted and later there are facts that shows that his guys death is suspicious and the proposed killers knows that he will be buried immediately and it worked. just few hours ago an injunction was achieved which allows for exhuming of his body but suprisinly some family members are opposed to this investigation! I know thjios hapens everywhere molem are found, can there belief be used for a cover up??? Got any experience in this manner?
