Do you listen to music to calm you, if so what type of music soothes you?

I listen to Enigma. They have music that is not only soothing but it lets your imagination glide. Enya also helps me relax and brings out my inner child. What do you listen to that soothes you?

Classical music and new age music calms and relaxes me. I really enjoy Enya, Steven Halpern, and sometimes Yanni.

Oh I love Enya music, so soothing and peaceful, nothing like a nice warm bath with a beautiful fragrant oil in it and Enya music playing softly, its beautiful,

The only time i listen to music is when i am in my car..I like some country and some oldies,i really like all kinds of music...I never get to listen in the house because my hubby keeps the TV on 24/7............

I do listen to music whenever i am calm..of course I always listen to music anyways so that woudln't make that much of a difference but I usually listen to rap or country..but mainly country because there is something about country that just relaxes me no matter what is going on...I don't know what it is but i know it helps..
