I've heard that PayPal is now available in the Philippines. I just needed to know, can you transfer money from your Philippine paypal account to your Philippine bank account? Has anyone actually tried or done this?

I have not done it because I decided not to. I have a paypal account for almost 2 years now and all i have to do is to add my bpi bank account number in my paypal and I could already withdraw my earnings or money from my paypal through my bpi account in Cebu. It's really very simple and convenient. I love the progress paypal has made in the Philippines for the past year.

Hello AlwaysAskingWhy, Yes Paypal is already available in the Philippines and we Filipinos can now withdraw or transfer money from Paypal directly to our Philippine bank accounts. All you need is a Paypal account and it also important that you have it verified by applying in their expanded use program. For this you need to have a credit card. Once your have a verified account you can now add your Philippine bank account in your Paypal account. After all of this is done and you have money in your Paypal account you can now transfer or withdraw money directly. For Philippine users, withdrawals equal or more than PHP 7,000 are free. For withdrawal amounts of less than PHP 7,000, there will be a fee of PHP 50. FYI. :-)
