Save yourself some money and use baking soda instead, works just as well. Ellie :D

Hello dear marketing friend. I have used those kind of toothpaste you have mentioned, but I do not think that it helps. It just makes you feel your teeth whitened mentally rather physically. You know, some mental hint could be very helpful to us when we are trying to use some of the things that are boasted so helpful. lol.

Yes whitening toothpaste can really work but make sure that you follow the directions on it carefully as some of them can be quite abrasive to your gums and lips.
Some of them state only to use once a week so make sure that you don't use it more often.
One thing I have used in the past and can highly recommend is these whitening strips that you place on your teeth for half an hour every few months. They are abrasive but I when considering them you just have to have a real good luck and your teeth and ask yourself does the benefit outweigh the disadvantages. The thing that I thought was good about these whitening strips was that they don't actually make contact with your gums so they may be slightly better than the more abrasive toothpastes.
I have found a link to one product that is similar to thing I have been talking about in case you haven't heard of what I am talking about.
