I actually don't have any idea because I don't have a baby yet and I am no dietitian. But all I know is too much of something is not good. Eating fruits everyday is really good for our health as far as I know but let's try not to over do it.

My children always loved fruit when they were little and still do now they have grown. Obviously too many oranges can cause diarrhea and too many bananas constipation but if nappies okay I would say let them carry on eating, but I am not a health professional so this is only my opinion, not necessarily correct. i guess u r lucky to a baby who is loving the natural food.there is no harm in eating natural foods.it will help her immunity and also give her lot of fiber whcih will help her digestion process and easy stools.

Hello dear marketing friend. I think that you need to observe how well your baby could digest the food. If she has a very good digest, then it is ok for him to eat that much, otherwise, reduce the amount. I hope that your baby is always taken good care of and brought up healthily.

Hello marketing07, It is good to give friuts at 8 months but limit it to 2 or 3 a day. Any fruit and change it alternatively everyday. Actually the fruits you mentioned will improve the skin colour of your child. It happened to my child. I used to give one orange a day and it improved his colour.Don't worry nothing will happen to your child but ensure limitation. All the best.

That's great. As long as she's not choking or having any allergic reaction.

Fruits are good for your baby as long as she's getting vegetables in her diet as well. There's nothing wrong with you introducing some grown up fruits in her diet at all.

Its really ok for babies to eat more fruits. They need all minerals and vitamins since they are growing up. But you should give him more food that contains iron and calcium, he needs more minerals for his bones, and food which contains omega-3 and high protein food since his brain is growing too. Milk is really good also! Have a nice day!

It's awesome that she likes them and that you are offering them to her! Strawberries- please limit a little bit because of allergy issues...I am thinking it is usually recommended you not give strawberries until babies are a year old. Obviously, she doesn't have an immediate issue but they can develop. Also add veggies- kids seem to enjoy peas (baby sweet peas are the best!) carrots, potatoes, etc. Now is the time to start her healthy eating habits and it sounds like you are off to a great start! You may find more info and advice at some of these sites: http://www.thevegetariansite.com/vegchild.htm http://www.vrg.org/family/index.htm http://www.vegetarianbaby.com/raw.shtml They are vegetarian and/or raw food sites, which you may not be interested in, but they may have more info related to your original question.
