In a Reuben? With cabbage and potatoes? As hash for breakfast? With St Pattys day rolling around, just curious. Me I am a Reuben gal.

All of the above! I love corned beef. I like to cook mine on low in the crock pot all day. Towards the end I like to toss in some carrots, potatoes, onion, and cabbage. I am planning on picking one up to cook for next week. Reuben's are good too. Corned beef hash with what is mentioned above is also great. You are making me want corned beef.
