You know, I think there was a joke in Pirates of Penzas or something like that about the hero of the story being born on a leap year -- making it illegal for him to get married to his sweetheart. Wish I remembered more about that.

I have an uncle who happens to be the youngest of my father's brood and technically three years older than me, who's birthday fell on leap year. I would sometimes make a joke on him, told him that he's only an 8 year old trapped in a man's body!;) We're the closest amongst my uncle, since we both grew up together and almost shared the same bed when we're young..
