If you could forbid something at work & make it a policy, what would it be?

I heard on the radio last night that a boss of a stationary company somewhere in the U.S. made it a policy forbidding any worker from coming in to work without showering, wearing dirty underwear, or having garlic or onion breath! He claimed it would be a fireable offense. That's the silliest thing I've ever heard. Anyway, if you could make a stupid policy @ work what would it be? I'd ban arrogant people and people who say stupid things without thinking! LOL

if i could make a policy to be implemented at my work i would definitely enforce a right away termination to all workers who will come to the office late for 2 consecutive days without valid reason. and when i say valid i mean VALID, not just a reason they can easily formulate. this is the most common problem in our office, workers usually come late, they come at past 8 AM when it should be exactly 8AM. the worst part is that they pack at exactly 5PM uncaring if the job is not yet done. i don't understand why they are like that and i am having a hard time with to implement a policy with them, they seem to be like little boys without a mind of their own.

I agree! How about the people who are always late and management never says a word, but if it's you, watch out...
