Have you ever been in the situation that you don't want the current job you have but you don't have any choice but to work because if you don't work, you will die. Lolz. I have been through that situation when I used to worked in a call center outbound. It came to a point that I hated everyday when I woke up in the morning thinking that I will be going to work again.

Yep I have worked at jobs I hated but had no choice. I keep getting stuck living in small towns and jobs are scarce. Even though I have a college degree I have had no luck finding a job in my field which is business administration. So all I can find is these lousy part-time jobs. I would like to have my own business so I can do something I enjoy and don't have to deal with a boss. In the past when I would be unhappy with a job I would stick it out until I found a better one then left to work at the better one. I mean if you are so unhappy at the job why continue but its best to wait until you have landed a better one.

I suggest that while you're working your hated job you should search for a better job in the internet or anywhere and send application as well. In that way,you don't have to stop and stay at home for while while waiting for the other job.

I like my job and all but there is no room for advancement here. I am kind of stuck because I am probably not gonna get this good of a job anywhere else. I have been here for 3 years still making the same amount of money. I just put in an application for the same line of work in a different city so maybe I can get that gig cause I would have more room to grow.

That's a very good idea. I mean if you're doing the same thing everyday for almost how many years you will get bored. In times, you also wanted to be challenged too in things you are doing. If you are person who wanted to learn and learn and learn basically that's what you really want to do. Discover new things, explore and experience things you have not experienced yet.

Since I have to work for some one else I am very glad its the people I work for. These guys are the best. This job pays very well, I have pretty much flexable hours, I can wear jeans at work, I wear my slippers all day, and I can smoke right at my desk. I work with all men which is a nice change from working with women who do nothing but try to one up you or steel credit. The job is laid back, a general contractors office with a grea group of people. As the Assistaint to all I can't complain.

Good for you. Aside from you have a very high paying job you can do everything you want to do in the office even smoking in you desk. Not all people have that opportunity.

Its not a really high paying job ... but its actually better then most people I know that work hourly. I am soon hoping to get on salary so I A. make more and B. don't have to worry about those days I come in a half hour late or leave a half hour early.

Yes, we don't have a choice but to work. It really took a lot of effort to come to work everyday knowing that you will be doing the same thing all over again and again. To note, you don't like your job. I really hated every single minute I worked at that time. But well, I wish I had a rich family so I don't need to work anymore.

Yes I have been in jobs that I hate. But fortunately for me, it is quite easy before for me to find another job, therefore I can easily quit and start a new job. I do like my current job though. That doesnt means I dont feel lazy in the morning, but at least I am looking forward to go to work, quite like my job, like the people and the boss :) So yeah I guess Im quite lucky in the job department :)

I used to work in a company were people and work is not really fitted to me. I don't like the lifestyle of the people. A lot of immorality and lies. And the work is full of stress. I just stayed because the compensation is worth it. I resigned after I got sick because of overwork.
