Well I first checked my email today and found yet another scam email. This one is claiming that I am dead and that some Mr. Fernando Jaramillo. This is the email that was sent to me. Attention Beneficiary, Good day, YOUR LONG OVERDUE PAYMENT. I saw your name in the Central Computer among the list of unpaid contractors, inheritance next of kind and lotto beneficiaries that was originated from Africa Europe Asia Plus Middle east Americans among the list of individuals and companies that your unpaid fund has been relocated. Your name appeared among the beneficiaries who will receive a part-payment of USD$538,000.00 (FIVE HUNDRED AND THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS) and has been approved already for months. You are requested to get back to me for more direction and instruction on how to receive your fun. However, we received an email for one Mr. Fernando Jaramillo who told us that he is your next of kin and that you died in a car accident last week. He has also submitted his account for us to transfer the fund to him. We want to hear from you before we can make the transfer to confirm if you are dead or not. Once again I apologize to you on behalf of the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Send to me immediately the following for immediate communication most urgently so that we can start processing at once. Your full names: Your contact address: Your age: Your occupation: Your phone number/fax: Your Sincerely, Joy Anderson Now do these people really expect me to be stupid enough to send them this information? Ha good luck on the next sucker because when they open their email and read my reply, they won't like what the see.

Yeah you really have to watch things that you get in the internet because alot of people do try to ask for any kind of information on you that they can get so that they can go and really rip your off bad and see what they can get from you...I usually don't even open emails unless i know exactly where they are from and trust that website because if nothing else people can send you viruses through emails..so watch out

Yeah I think these spammers need to realize we are not in 1996 any longer and that no one is taking the bait... the scary thing is that SOMEONE is taking the bait or they wouldn't be doing it. Thanks for the heads up Zelo

You're welcome anytime. I try to stay updated on all the new scams as well. However, there are people who are still falling for these. That's what makes this a great way to spread the word. Maybe everyone else will pass it on to someone they know.
