Is it optimism or stupidness that makes us give people another chance?

From the title you're probably thinking, this is pretty heavy...but i speak from the point of view of an optimist... I have personally still NOT learned my lesson, when it comes to trust... I refuse to, as i hope that the people i am hoping will change, will prove me right. But let me get back to the topic at hand; If someone does something wrong, or something that hurts you, is it wrong to give them another chance?

Its not a stupidity actually if the person is worth giving another chance...

no matter how painful my experience was, i gave a second chance...then another..then another...we always hope that the person would realize that he/she has to change at some point, right?

its sure an optimistic challenge..its defenitely not wrong to give people a chance to change , if not sooner smeday they sure will value ur opputunity.. if u can make smeone better why not give them a chance to b one..
