Smoking at the age of 12

how i hate those parents who let their kids smoke at that age. they didn't even warn them what will be the cause when they reach at the age of 30.
now i will never wonder how at very young age they could got a lung cancer or other respiratory diseases.

It is sick how some parents allow their children to smoke at such a young age.

You are right with that anyway. I think parents did warn their kids to avoid trying to smoke. What they lack is the capacity to motivate them not to do. Seems like kids (specially nowadays) are so prevalent to do what they want regardless of the consequences as long as they enjoy it.
