Do you know how to upload a song on LIME WIRE

I have a mp3 player can someone help me please upload songs on to the device. I am having such a hard time trying to do this all by myself. Thank you so much for your help in advance. Oh and by the way I have version 4.14

Is it safe to download songs on limewire? My friend's computer crashed because of that.. I don't know anything about it, just got curious too.
