Getting a New Tatt

I just recently went through a major surgery, I had hip replacement. Good times for a 32 year old I say. But I am looking for some ideas of a new tatt! I have 8 so far, and I want this one to represent the surgery. So I am thinking of something like a Pin-up/Terminater with just the hip showing. Is this a not so good idea or if anyone has any idea's please help! Thanks
