Research Methods Class...Survey Question Ideas needed

I know most people on mylot use a lot of different websites to make money, not just mylot and one of the easiest ways to do that is getting paid to take surveys. I usally make $30 about every 3 months for taking surveys occasionally, that is from each individual site I belong to about 4 or 5. Sorry that is beside the point, my assignment in my research methods class is to create a survey. I am not sure what I should survey about? What i would be looking to find out about through designing this survey. Does anyone have any ideas? Also if you have any ideas please feel free to send me some sample questions. I'm having a hard time with this assignment and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
