Don't worry so about your little one yet, he is a wonderful gift so love him for who he is. My son managed to get away from the speech therapist last year - he's 6 with autism and ADHD. Does your Dr know what the speech therapist has done? I would talk to my GP if I was concerned. My little ones problems were picked up at play school, talk to them too they know how he is away from you. Just remember he can't help who he is any more than we can help who we are. Do your best if you think there is a problem and give him all your love. Three is still very young and he may be fine this time next year. Dietry changes can take a while to show much difference and only work for about 5% of ADHD children anyway. The omega oils are meant to be very good, I would keep those up because they are said to help our brains work properly.

Can you just take him to psychiatrist for symptoms of aspergers? I am not sure buy worth trying. It is curable to great extent.
