I am looking for a wireless cellphone service with the least dropped calls. I am starting to travel extensively this summer and will be out and about in mountain ranges, by lakes and all those other hard to reach places. I am working for one of the phone call services, so I need to be able to take my phone on the road and still continue working.
Can anyone recommend which service plan to use? I need a high amount of minutes as well without it killing my budgt. Thank you for your help!

i can honestly tell you that if you are looking for the least amount of dropped calls, then stay away fron verizon. i have this and i lose alot of calls. i hear that t-mobile is good and not costly at all.
i hope that you find a good plan.

I have to tell you I believe AT&T is the best. I have been with them about 4 years and here are my reasons why:
#1 I live in Northwest Florida and we usually get our fair share of tropical storms and hurricanes to come through. I chose to ride out one of those storms (never again!) and when it was over, we had no phone service. Only one of my neighbors was able to call out and he was with Cingular (they have merged with AT&T). The next day, I went opened an account with them.
#2 They are the only carrier that offers roll over minutes. I don't use my cellphone alot and 450 free minutes every month. I may use 20-30 of them in any given month.
#3 It could be me, but I have NEVER had a dropped carrier and have always been able to call my daughter when I'm on business trip throughout the country.
If you need a recommendation for a cell phone as well, I recommend the motorola Razr 3. I've had mind for as long as I've had the service. One morning I sat it on top of my car and forgot about it. As I turned onto a major street, it fell off and got ran over by another car. I'm still using that phone today!
Cheers,
Ed
