What SUCCESS means for you?

I met many "success" people, some are doctors, nurses, architects, teachers, and other professions with many titles stand after their name. Those persons have their own lifestyle how they manage their business and how to reach their goals and success. Some said their success is if they can do their best for family, earn much money so they can afford the family needs. Others said that success is if you handle many certification and titles after your name, reached masteral degree, doctor degree, and the like. My friends said that success if you can make your family happy, and if you can be a real man for yourself and others...
Everytime i read book about "success", many authors have their own understanding about success means... It seems that success has many meanings and its mean usually affected by the people's experiences and their perspectives about life.
How about you, what SUCCESS means for you?

i feel success when i achieve my prestation in any place where i belong as like in my working field at this moment and in the place where i studied on that previous time. i feel success when i able to make people around me and person who i loved to feel happy. i feel success when wverything going to as like i already planning before although not 100 percents properly. i feel success when i able to focus to possitive things in my life.
thats the meaning of success for myself!

hi plumwish, I'm really agree with you, success is the moment when everything going to as like we already planning before although not 100 percents... Life is not perfect but grateful for all imperfect things make me also feel "perfect!"

success has different definitions to different people. to me it means reaching my targets easily. it may be able to meet the family needs more easily, earning enough money , reach the career goals. most if the success are associated with career goals and earning.

Success, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder.
I don't feel I've always been successful, but neither am I a failure. I really felt that success for me would be to be happy, and I'm not as happy as I would like to be, and I don't foresee it happening either.

Success for me is being able to follow God's will all the time. Wealth and prestige are worldy and they even corrupt a person's character most of the time. They won't save our souls when God exacts His judgment upon us. Success is being able to survive all the hardships in living our earthly life and that includes choosing God over money and fame.

Success to me means being happy with my family and myself. Not having to struggle financially is a part of that because that reduces a whole lot of stress. I had the whole management career being fast-tracked up the ladder but I wasn't happy. I gave it up to spend time with my family and haven't looked back.
