What is your favorite way to make pancakes?

I just made a batch of blueberry pancakes for the family. It got me to thinking, there are tons of ways to make pancakes, and probably some that I have never even heard of.
My favorite pancakes are:
Buttermilk Pancakes
Blueberry Pancakes
Banana Nut Pancakes
Chocolate Chip Pancakes
So, what are your favorite ways to make pancakes? Do you make them from scratch or from a mix? Tell me! :O)

We always start with a pancake mix and then go from there. Bob is very good about this or that to make yummy pancakes.
One time he saw Rachel Ray make peanut butter pancakes, so the next morning he threw in some peanut butter and once the pancakes came off the griddle it was like eating a hot peanut butter cookie. Yummy.
We also make chocolate chip pancakes but we had hot chocolate mix to it.

That sounds pretty good,blueberry pancakes. There are quite a few ways to make pancakes. I like to put chocolate chips in mine. They turn out pretty good. I also like to buy the Buttermilk Pancakes. I don't make them from scratch. I usually buy a box that you just need to add water too. It is easier and they turn out pretty good.
