Poor quality on recent Dutch Masters PRESIDENTS

I have been a loyal smoker of these cigars for over 15 years. The quality of production recently has been terrible. Cigars have tears, holes are missing or partial at best. Cigars are stuffed so poorly that they will not draw through. BEWARE of these cigars. Look and try other brands. I know I have finally given up on Dutch Masters President cigars once & forever.
